这个‘创意运动’ 工作坊是让身为辅导团会员的小学生参与。
目的是让他们能好好利用所学到的的知识，来学习如何好好管理情绪，并通过此管道，帮助那些面对相同情绪问题的同龄朋友。

This Creative Movement Workshop is organized for members of the Peer Counseling Club at primary school level. By joining this workshop, the children have the opportunity to learn how to manage emotional problems through creative movements and help their peers who encounter similar problems.

什么是创意运动？   

创意运动是一种让孩子们通过音乐探索不同动作运动，并且能激发想象力和推广创造力。这运动是利用身体动作，来表达一个画面或心情。通过这运动，小孩能了解自己的身体，身体周围的空间，和其他小孩。

What is Creative Movement?

Creative Movement is a joyful way for children to explore movement through music, to stimulate imagination and to promote creativity. It uses body actions to: communicate an image or communicate a feeling. Thorough these movements, children get to learn about their bodies, the space around them, and each other.

如何进行创意运动？

当音乐响起，小孩能利用他们的想象力来给予适当的反应，例如：随着音乐摇摆，拍手，或踢跳。它增强了孩子想象力和体验不一样情绪的能力，让生活有更大的意义。他们还能通过这运动来释放自己压抑已久的活力，并学习如何通过和节奏一起运动来管理自己的情绪。

How is Creative Movement Conducted?

They get to respond to sounds or music with motion, for instance, swaying, rocking, clapping, or kicking their feet. It strengthens the imaginative powers and increases abilities to experience life with greater meaning. They also get to release their pent-up energy through motion and learn to manage their feelings through moving together with the rhythm.

• 3横幅 (1横幅 x RM 100) =  RM 300.00

• 6 彩旗 (1彩旗 x RM 50) = RM 300.00

T恤 (100 人 x RM 20) = RM2000.00

食物：

• 早餐 (100 人 x RM 5.00 x 1 天) = RM500.00

• 午餐 (100 人 x RM 5.00 x 2 天) = RM1000.00

• 茶点 (100 人 x RM 4.00 x 2 天) = RM 800.00

• 矿泉水 (100 人 x RM 0.80) = RM80.00

教员费：

• 4来自ASWARA的培训师 (1 人 X RM250 X 2 天) = RM2000

• Jabatan Kesenian dan Kebudayaan Negeri Pulau Pinang (JKKN) = RM1000
